About Andrew’s Cascadia Hiking Adventures
I’m passionate about the wild places that envelop Seattle and define the Northwest and I enjoy sharing them with others. As John Muir famously said, “The mountains are calling and I must go.”
I’d be delighted to take you along on a private adventure and show you why Seattle is the big city where people go to be closer to wilderness.
These adventures are not your typical packaged tour. For each of these adventures, I pick you up in my private unmarked Subaru Outback at your downtown Seattle, Bellevue, or SeaTac-area hotel (or other close-in neighborhoods) and return you there. You share an adventure with only your small group.
I tailor each adventure to your personal preferences and provide background on the natural and cultural history of each of these special places.
The times listed for each adventure are averages: Your time is my time, and I will adjust the times to fit your schedule and expectations.
Snacks, drinks, and a gourmet lunch are always included, and most adventures include an optional additional meal, snack, or drinks at a memorable restaurant or tavern that you pay for separately. (I leave you alone with your group to enjoy these by yourselves.)
Maximum group size is four.
When you have identified an adventure of interest, you may reserve your adventure using the “How to Book” tab in the top menu. This initiates the process of securing your date(s) and ensuring that your adventure is everything you expect.
I believe you’ll find that these unique adventures offer exceptional value when compared to other, larger, packaged guided tours–and they offer more opportunities for hiking, solitude, and exposure to the natural world.
